    1. On The Ball Global Pty Ltd ACN 602 345 737 ("we" ,"our" and "us") respects your right to privacy and is committed to safeguarding the privacy of our customers and software application ('Application') users.
    2. Please read these Terms carefully before using the App or ordering any products through the App. Your use of the App and purchase of any products offered through the App is subject to these Terms. This policy sets out how we collect and treat your Personal Information.
    3. "Personal Information" is information we hold which is identifiable as being about you.

When you use the application we may also collect information about your computer system, such as your mobile device identifier, the date and time of your access, the type of hardware, operating system and browser you are using and your location. We may also collect information from cookies, which enable us to customise your experience. However, we do not use this information to collect Personal Information.

You consent to the transfer of any Personal Information you provide to us outside of Australia.   4. SECURITY OF YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION

    2. We cannot guarantee the security of any information that you transmit to us, or receive from us.     3. You may request details of Personal Information that we hold about you. An administrative fee may be payable for the supply of information following the making of a request.     4. We may ask you for proof of your identity in connection with any such request.
    5. We will use reasonable endeavours to update any Personal Information that we hold about you following your proper request.

    7. De-identification or Destruction
      If your Personal Information is no longer required by us we will take reasonable steps to de-identify or destroy such Personal Information.
    8. Op out right
      1. You can stop all collection of information by the Application easily by uninstalling the Application
      2. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network
    9. Data Erasure
      1. You can request erasure of your Personal Data. This enables you to ask us to delete or remove Personal Data where there is no good reason for us continuing to process it. You also have the right to ask us to delete or remove your Personal Data where you have exercised your right to object to processing.     10. Unsubscribe
      1. You can stop your subscription by accessing your subscriptions in your relevant store (App Store or Google Play) and unsubscribing for next billing period. We wont offer refunds for the remaining of your billing period if you have not cancelled on time for the expiry of your subscription.
    11. Changes to Privacy Policy
      Please be aware that we may change this Privacy Policy in the future. We may modify this Privacy Policy at any time, in our sole discretion and all modifications will be effective immediately upon our posting of the modifications on our website or notice board. Please check our website from time to time to review our Privacy Policy.
  5. OTHERS

    1. On The Ball Global Pty Ltd strongly recommends that you consult with your physician before beginning any exercise program.
    2. You should be in good physical condition and be able to participate in the exercise.
    3. On The Ball Global Pty Ltd and its trainers are not a licensed medical care provider and represents that it has no expertise in diagnosing, examining, or treating medical conditions of any kind, or in determining the effect of any specific exercise on a medical condition.
    4. You should understand that when participating in any exercise or exercise program, there is the possibility of physical injury. If you engage in this exercise or exercise program, you agree that you do so at your own risk, are voluntarily participating in these activities, assume all risk of injury to yourself, and agree to release and discharge On The Ball Global Pty Ltd and its trainers from any and all claims or causes of action, known or unknown, arising out of On The Ball Global Pty Ltd negligence.
